Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and manage the analytics and digital adoption strategy across multiple business functions to support business transformation and growth.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to design and develop scalable solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
- Define the charter for analytics and dashboard development, rationalizing and standardizing the analytics ecosystem across the organization.
Product & Project Management:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and digital tools from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key technology projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical and digital needs, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Work alongside data scientists, data engineers, and solution architects to build and deploy robust, scalable analytics products.
- Partner with business teams to implement analytics solutions that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
Team Leadership & Innovation:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative work culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product delivery, team efficiency, and business impact.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on analytics, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building and implementing analytics platforms, dashboards, and digital adoption tools.
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and cloud analytics ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
