About the Role
UPL is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support its Shared Services (GBS/GCC) organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, enhance organizational effectiveness, and deliver a high-impact employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, org design, and talent strategy
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and HR governance
- Collaborate with COEs (TA, L&D, Rewards) to ensure seamless HR delivery
- Drive HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Support and lead change management and transformation initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP background
- Prior experience in Shared Services / GBS / GCC setup preferred
- Strong exposure to talent management, performance management, and ER
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
