In this endeavor, the role would involve Solutioning, acquisition, relationship management to establish Centum learning as a thought leader, Drive business KPIs and developing external resources & also work with cross functional teams within the organisation. Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes): - 7-10 years of which should have at least 3 years in Business Development for midlevel leadership training solutions. - Exceptional skills for reach out and communications with the Top Corporate CXO/ CEOs. - Should possess Consultative skills in order to build a solution framework based on business challenges of key stake holders and ability to think thru a problem solutioning. - Should have a strong understanding of the opportunities, needs for training needs of the Corporate sector.
