Unstop is looking for a Sr./Manager Revenue who will lead our team of Sales Development Representatives. You and your team will play a crucial role in identifying and screening potential leads. We are looking for someone who is a process Ninja and has the ability to groom and nurture other Ninjas. Our next Manager Revenue will be someone who realises the value of every lead and knows the tricks of the trade. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to initiate conversations and qualify leads. 2. Lead Qualification: Identify stakeholder's pain points, needs, and decision-making processes to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. 3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions within the ecosystem. 4. CRM Management: Accurately record and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system - Zoho. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and Revenue teams to optimize the lead handover process and improve conversion rates. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience as an SDR working with a SAAS-based B2B Organisation. 2. Candidates coming from HR-Tech background will garner brownie points. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage senior executives in enterprise organizations. 4. A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 5. Experience with outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. 6. Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho or similar platforms. 7. Strong research skills and the ability to understand customer needs and pain points. Compensation: As per industry standards.
