Key responsibilities of Growth Manager for Unstop Pro:
- Identify and track key metrics, while deriving insights that help the vertical grow.
- Tap into the pulse of the audience and cater to their needs
- Lead and manage the branding efforts that help Unstop Pro reach every student in the country
- Partner with other support functions internally to aid and abet the growth of Unstop Pro
- Execute strategies that increase user engagement metric, CLTV and reduce churn
- Contribute to the product roadmap based on user insights and growth opportunities
What should you have done in the past that would catch our attention?
- Worked as a growth associate in a related industry
- Should have a deep understanding of how a business works and grows
- Should be a growth hacker and a user whisperer
- A few years (2+) of relevant experience are desired
- Any graduate/post-graduate degree
