Every brand has a story. We're looking for the author of ours. Unstop is hiring for the role of Brand Manager! You'll be the one who ensures people don't just see us, they feel us. Someone who can turn a simple campaign into a movement, and a tagline into a memory.
Your blueprint:
- Own and grow the brand's identity across digital platforms
- Ensure consistency across platforms on how our brand is perceived
- Create campaigns that simplify complex concepts and make them engaging
- Own our social media presence - strategy, content, engagement and memes
- Partner with product, marketing, and design teams to deliver consistent storytelling
- Shape narratives for PR, media, and thought-leadership
- Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and community chatter
- Measure impact with data, then refine and scale what works
Your toolkit:
- 2+ years of experience in brand/marketing and communication roles
- Strong storytelling skills with a dash of creative experimentation
- Social media native - you know what works on LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, and beyond
- PR-savvy - able to draft stories that journalists love and audiences trust
- Ability to balance data-driven decisions with gut instincts
- Experience managing campaigns across digital ecosystems
