We are a funded startup and flipping the script on how Enterprises and Banks scale. Unloq is a fresh growth engine that lets Banks and consumer apps team up for hyper-targeted campaigns, making sure they have exponential growth and see serious ROI. We're growing fast and looking for core team members who want to build something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Enterprise Hunting: Own the full sales lifecycle for Tier-1 brands in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and Travel. You won't just"sell"; you will architect partnerships that align with CXO-level business objectives.
- Consultative Account Management: Serve as the "Consultant-in-Chief"for a high-value portfolio.
- Your goal is to move beyond vendor status to become a core part of the client's growth infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Navigate the "Enterprise Maze" while building consensus across
- Marketing, Product, and Finance, while managing the friction of Legal and Procurement workflows.
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as the frontline scout. Translate market gaps and partner needs into actionable insights for our Product and Tech teams to influence the roadmap.
- Sales Leadership: Recruit and scale a high-performance team; establish the "Unloq Sales Playbook" and provide the hands-on mentorship required to turn new hires into elite enterprise closers.
What are we looking for:
- 6-10 years of work experience in Enterprise SaaS (Martech, Adtech, or Fintech/Affordability preferred).
- Proven success in acquiring and scaling Tier-1 Enterprise accounts in E-commerce, Quick Commerce or Travel.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability : Exceptional ability to simplify complex problems and create crisp, boardroom-ready documentation and decks.
- High technical fluency; ability to grasp data flows (APIs, pixels) and translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Startup DNA: Thrives in high-autonomy, unstructured environments; comfortable building the engine while driving it.
