We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Stock Broking vertical. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients, offering them a wide range of broking and investment products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of HNI clients, deep understanding of capital markets, and a proven track record in HNI sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and acquire new HNI clients through cold calling, referrals, networking events,
and existing relationships.
- Build a robust pipeline of HNI prospects.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions, portfolio reviews, and advisory services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Product Pitching & Advisory:
- Present and recommend appropriate stock broking products including equities, derivatives, IPOs, mutual funds, and portfolio management services (PMS).
- Offer market insights, research inputs, and personalized investment advice to clients.
Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through broking turnover, cross-selling, and client acquisition.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize business outcomes.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and KYC norms as per SEBI and exchange guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and reports.
