B. About the role:

You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Univest's advisory product experience across equities, F&O, commodities, and mutual funds, working closely with a strong cross-functional team.

Being an active options trader is a must-have for this role. The only way to build for traders is to deeply understand how they think, react, and make decisions in live markets.

C. Your Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Ownership

- Own the roadmap and delivery of advisory products across equities, F&O, commodities & mutual funds

- Prioritise experiences that drive conversion, adoption, and retention - with clear business outcomes

- Drive an AI-first culture within the team - from the right practices and tooling to meaningful adoption in day-to-day product work and the products we ship

2. Data and Feedback Driven Product Development

- Convert real trading insights into intuitive product experiences

- Track and optimise metrics across the full advisory funnel

- Run structured experiments to improve repeat usage and paid conversions

- Build tight feedback loops with active traders - qualitative and quantitative

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner with Design, Engineering, Business, CRM, Compliance and CX to ship with speed and quality

- Work directly with founders and other leaders on strategy and prioritisation

D. Who are you?

- Active F&O trader - you trade regularly, you understand trader psychology from the inside, and it shows in how you think about product

- 10+ years of product experience in fast-paced startups, leading multiple product lines

- Proven ability to ship 0 - 1 and scale 1 - n with strong business outcomes

- Analytical builder who obsesses over user outcomes and metrics

- Comfortable leading and mentoring PMs, and driving high-ownership execution

- AI-fluent - you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day product work (research, writing, analysis, prototyping). You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you should be someone who has already figured out how to move faster with AI

E. Good to Have

- Built/ worked on trading products

- Understanding of SEBI compliances

- Experience working on subscription-based products.

- Exposure to investment advisory services.
