Performance Marketing Manager
About the Position:
Join a high-performing team that scaled the new age business 8-10X in just one year through digital channels. This role provides the opportunity to manage campaigns with 6 - 10 Cr digital media budgets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of India's first advisory first brokerage, driving innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with UAC (Google) and AAA (Meta) app campaigns Strong knowledge of all paid social channels, Paid Search, and UAC (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Expertise in coordinating multi-market campaigns.
- Familiarity with maintaining budgets at a larger scale.
Campaign Management:
- End-to-end ownership of campaigns, focusing on day-to-day execution.
- Monitors performance and implements data-driven optimization strategies.
- Provides performance reports, manages pacing, and delivers actionable insights.
Analytical & Reporting:
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Builds dashboards for performance monitoring and clear stakeholder communication.
