About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly analytical Futures Trader to join our Research Team, responsible for generating high-accuracy trading calls for retail customers.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in F&O markets, strong risk management skills, and the ability to deliver actionable, data-driven insights daily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Daily Research Calls - Provide clear, high-probability trade setups (Entry/Exit/SL) in Index & Stock Futures.

- Maintain - 75% Accuracy - Deliver consistent, reliable calls backed by technical/fundamental analysis.

- Risk Management - Adhere to strict risk-reward discipline (Min 1.25:1 RR ratio).

- Market Monitoring - Track global cues, news flows, and OI trends for real-time adjustments.
