Univest - Content Strategist

As Lead of Content, you'll be the voice, tone, and narrative architect of Univest across all platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role where your words (and those of your team) will shape how millions experience and engage with our brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Brand Storytelling: Craft and lead a consistent content voice across all touchpoints - product, website, social, app, blog, email, campaigns, and more.

Content Strategy: Build and execute a full-funnel content roadmap aligned with business objectives and user journeys.

Creative Leadership: Inspire, hire, and lead a team of content creators, copywriters, and strategists.

Platform-Specific Content: Design native content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging platforms.

Campaign Brilliance: Conceptualize and drive thumb-stopping, clutter-breaking campaigns - always rooted in insight and cultural relevance.

Performance & Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to measure content effectiveness and iterate continuously.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and brand teams to ensure content enhances UX and elevates brand perception.

Trendspotting: Stay on top of digital, meme, and youth culture trends - from Reels to Reddit - and leverage them creatively.

Who You Are:

- A creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of digital-first brand building.

- Proven experience shaping brand voice at companies known for stellar content

- A leader and doer - equally comfortable crafting a script as reviewing performance dashboards.

- Strong portfolio of content work across campaigns, platforms, and mediums.

- Exceptional writing skills - witty, clear, concise, and on-brand.

- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, content trends, and social media ecosystems.

- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

- Bonus: Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or mobile-first apps.
