Specialist - SEO Key Responsibilities: SEO Analysis & Research: - Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify areas for improvement on our website and competitor websites (both on-site and off-site). - Perform in-depth keyword research, staying updated on the latest Google trends and algorithm changes. - Analyze website performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to generate insightful reports. SEO Strategy & Implementation: - Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. - Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that engages users and drives conversions. - Implement on-page SEO best practices, including title tag optimization, meta description creation, and internal linking strategies. SEO Monitoring & Optimization: - Continuously monitor website performance and search engine ranking. - Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategies accordingly. - Recommend and implement ongoing website optimizations to maintain a strong SEO presence. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SEO or a relevant digital marketing role. - Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and on-page/off-page optimization strategies. - Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword research platforms. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
