University Connect Manager

Our clients is a financial services firm specializing in educational loans and is looking to hire a seasoned professional with a passion for building global partnerships in the education sector. They are looking for an experienced University Connect Manager to join their team in Mumbai. Reporting directly to the CMO, they will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with universities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute joint marketing initiatives with universities, including webinars and events.

- Arrange high-level meetings between senior officials and university partners.

- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure effective participation in university events.

- Oversee the onboarding of universities to our website and secure company presence on their marketing materials and platforms.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Experience: 10-14 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to university relations within the higher education overseas segment.

Qualification: A graduate degree is required, along with either a MBA or a Post Graduate Diploma.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Behavioral Skills: We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flexible approach, and a strong sense of ownership.
