We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive our B2B institutional SaaS sales. This role combines hands-on ownership of revenue with responsibility for team performance. You will work closely with the Founder to manage institutional sales cycles, close high-value deals, and ensure steady achievement of business targets.
B2B Institutional Sales Cycle:
- Drive the full B2B SaaS sales lifecycle catering to educational institutions from lead engagement to closure.
- Drive conversations with warm B2B leads via email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels with a personalized approach.
- Skilled in preparing tailored commercial proposals and participating in price negotiation conversations with decision-makers.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of B2B sales managers and executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and feedback sessions to improve conversion efficiency.
Sales Execution & Process:
- Ensure structured tracking of leads, opportunities, and closures using CRM tools.
- Maintain consistency in follow-ups, reporting, and pipeline reviews.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in high-intensity B2B SaaS sales environments.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of revenue delivery.
- Prior experience managing and scaling sales teams.
- Strong expertise in lead engagement, proposal creation, and enterprise-level negotiations.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Highly performance-driven with a sharp focus on numbers, conversions, and revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier B-School is preferred.
