Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete hiring cycle- from sourcing to onboarding- for multiple business units.
- Talent Sourcing: Source high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, feedback loops, and communication across candidates and hiring teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create job descriptions, and refine role requirements.
- Offer Management: Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and ensure alignment with internal policies.
- Compliance & Documentation: Conduct background checks and maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate records
What We're Looking For:
- 4-8 years of core recruitment experience, ideally in fast-paced or growth-driven environments.
- MBA preferred; BBA candidates with strong experience are equally encouraged.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high hiring volumes efficiently.
