We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing professional to lead our YouTube and digital video content strategy. This role focuses on content performance, channel growth, and driving high-intent leads through video-first storytelling. You'll also get to work closely with our Founder, giving you unmatched visibility, fast decision-making, and the chance to shape our video strategy from the ground up. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Marketing & Channel Growth:

- Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube and digital video strategies.

- Develop a content roadmap aligned with brand messaging and lead-generation goals.

- Manage end-to-end content publishing including thumbnails, titles, tags, metadata, SEO, playlists, and channel hygiene, using relevant AI tools to enhance optimization and workflow efficiency.

- Improve video CTR, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth.

2. Content Strategy & Execution:

- Work closely with content creators, scriptwriters, and editors to ensure impactful storylines.

- Research trending topics, competitor channels, and audience interests.

- Create creative briefs for video production teams to ensure content aligns with the funnel.

3. Organic Lead Generation:

- Drive inbound leads through high-performing video content and funnels.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business goals.

- Track and optimize content performance to reduce CPL and improve conversion ratios, using only organic methods.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor performance using YouTube Analytics, GA4 (organic insights), and internal dashboards.

- Identify content trends, audience behavior, and opportunities to scale.

- Create weekly/monthly insights reports to guide content decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in Growth marketing, YouTube marketing, content strategy, video-led demand generation.

- Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, channel management, and content optimization.

- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.

- Proven experience driving leads organically through video content.

- Ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, consumer internet, or high-growth digital-first companies.

- Knowledge of A/B testing content variations, thumbnails, and formats.
