Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for new clients. Build trust and long- term relationships through regular engagement.
- Customer Training: Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions.
- Need Analysis: Understand and evaluate customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Upsell & Renewals: Drive product upgrades and renewals to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Reporting: Share monthly/quarterly reports and insights with clients to track performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
Note - Ticketing and Ticket resolution are a huge no go.
