About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Assistant Vice President to own the product roadmap for our client-facing modules and internal CRM & Operations platform. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of clients, engineering, operations, and go-to-market. The person will be accountable for feature roadmap, adoption, growth metrics, integrations, and the overall product experience for both external clients and internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap for client-visible modules as well as the internal CRM and Operations platform, including feature prioritisation, sprint scoping, and release planning.

- Own integrations across the product stack - Website APIs, Widgets, Batch jobs, Scripts, Client ERP and SSO integrations - working closely with engineering and DevOps to ensure reliability and scalability.

- Translate client feedback and requirements into well-defined product specifications, feed them into engineering sprints, and track adoption post-release. Act as the primary interface between clients and the engineering team.

- Define, track, and drive growth metrics for all client-facing modules including directories, automated reports, dashboards, watchlists, commitment trackers, placement module, mentorship module and counselling modules.

- Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product releases in partnership with the Product Marketing team. Drive product awareness campaigns with the internal stakeholders.

- Own the customer help articles library and the self-serve chatbot experience for platform users.

- Own Client NPS metrics for onboarding experience and platform usability, as well as internal user NPS for the CRM platform. Drive continuous improvement based on feedback.

- Maintain a set of demo accounts for the Sales team, client trials, and client training sessions, ensuring that no training or demo is ever conducted using live client logins.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of at least one major product line or platform.

- Prior experience in at least one of: AI/ML-driven products, CRM systems, or product adoption/growth/monetization roles.

- Strong grounding in product discovery, requirement definition, and sprint execution using tools such as JIRA.

- Ability to define and track product and growth metrics; comfort with data-driven prioritisation.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across clients, engineering, marketing, and operations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

- Experience working with integrations (APIs, SSO, ERP) is highly desirable.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Technology preferred); MBA is a plus. Prior experience in AI-driven products, CRM platforms, or product growth/adoption roles is essential.

Success Measures (First 6-12 Months):

- Published product roadmap with measurable growth KPIs for all client-facing modules.

- Improved Client NPS scores on onboarding and platform usability.

- Reliable execution of scheduled jobs and integrations with monitoring in place.

- Documented go-to-market playbook for at least one major release.
