Job Responsibilities:
- Own regional brand performance metrics including volumes, market share, distribution quality and visibility
- Identify state-wise growth opportunities and translate them into clear marketing activation and execution plans leveraging the 4Ps of Marketing
- Track and report regional performance against tagets & course correct with agility in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Keep track of activation and Media effectiveness and spend efficiency
- Partner with Sales and Supply Chain on S&OP planning to ensure readiness for demand generation initiatives
- Align marketing plans with availability, pricing, assortment and distribution priorities
- Flag risks and opportunities proactively to enable faster decision-making
- Own both the Design and Delivery of Economy Brands for the state
- Build deep state-specific insights, cultural moments and consumption occasions to plan and execute localized media, regional properties, influencer programs and festival activations
- Highlight key learnings, risks and opportunities to Category and Leadership team
- Drive best-in-class on-ground execution with clear KPIs and ROI measurement
- Devise GTM plans in collaboration with Trade marketing for execution of innovations, renovations and packaging changes
- Work with Label Registration team to navigate various state level Brand nuances
