Job Description:


Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or packaged drinking water industry.


Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing


Job Summary:


Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives to expand the company's market presence in the packaged drinking water sector.


This role will also involve building and maintaining franchisee relationships, developing strategic sales plans with the franchisees to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


- Development of Sales strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales initiatives in collaboration with Franchisees to achieve revenue and volume growth and expand market share and geographical coverage.


- Identify and establish partnerships with corporate institutions, modern trade, e-commerce, franchisees, distributors and other key customers and stakeholders.


- Development of Marketing strategy: Formulate plans for promotion, advertising, implement effective brand building activities in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.


- Monitoring: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with Franchisees and continuous monitoring and analyse sales performance.


- Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities with relevant laws and regulations.
