Role Purpose.

Head Total Productive Management (TPM) will lead the design, deployment, and governance of TPM across the supply chain networkincluding manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics hubs, and CMUs.

The role is responsible to minimize avoidable financial losses in manufacturing by developing and reviewing plans/programs, training and up-skilling talent and implementing process improvements defined within the TPM methodology; Support change management programs and audits conducted at all breweries in the OPCO.

Key Responsibilities:

TPM Strategy & Deployment:

- Develop and execute the long-term TPM roadmap across the supply chain and manufacturing

- Contribute to development of year-long TPM plan for each pillar, across all the activities for the OPCO.

- Partner with the global Heineken team, determine progression plans and projects for improvement on TPM indices across pillars.

- Review the TPM metrics for the OPCO, identify improvement opportunities based on assessment and lead the design of requisite intervention projects.

- Develop the TPM expense budget for the OPCO and drive compliance across all the breweries in the OPCO.

Loss Identification & Productivity Improvement:

- Lead total loss mapping exercises across all the plants.

- Identify systemic loss areas and deliver breakthrough improvements through focused improvement projects.

- Partner with factory operations to reduce machine breakdowns, improve OEE, and enhance throughput.

Equipment Reliability & Preventive Maintenance Excellence:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to build world-class preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

- Establish reliability standards, equipment health indicators, and maintenance norms for critical beverage processing and packaging lines.

- Implement digital tools for condition monitoring and predictive analytics.

Process Standardization & Capability Building:

- Develop SOPs, best practices, and TPM training modules for operators, technicians, and managers.

- Build internal TPM trainers and pillar leaders across supply chain locations.

- Conduct assessments, audits, and capability-building workshop.

Safety, Quality, Compliance & Data Management:

- Integrate TPM practices with Safety (SHE), Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Regulatory compliance programs.

- Promote autonomous maintenance behaviours that strengthen hygiene, GMP, and first-time-right standards in beverage operations.

- Ensure that TPM contributes to minimizing quality incidents, safety risks, and line stoppages.

- Custodian of TPM data for the OPCO, ensure proper reporting and deployment for the region and ensure accuracy of BCS data.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Masters degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field with a certification in TMP/Lean six sigma.

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing with exposure to TPM/Operational Excellence.

- Experience in beverages, FMCG, food processing, or high-speed manufacturing environments strongly preferred.

- Certified TPM practitioner or strong understanding of JIPM TPM pillars and methodologies.

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives.

- Deep knowledge of TPM pillars, reliability engineering, OEE, maintenance systems, and lean manufacturing.

- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Passion for continuous improvement and building strong shop-floor culture.
