Unit Manager - Inter-Regulatory Forum (IRF) Compliance

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Unit Manager with 3-7 years of experience to join our Inter-Regulatory Forum (IRF) Compliance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly within the RBI and IRDAI frameworks.

This role is crucial for ensuring seamless and consistent compliance across our group companies by acting as the key liaison between internal teams and various regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Management & Reporting: You will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, and meticulously reviewing data from all group entities to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

- You will also manage the submission of this data to regulatory authorities as per IRF requirements.

- Regulatory Coordination: As the primary point of contact, you will assess all regulatory requests and proactively coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate inputs and prepare effective responses.

- Internal Communication & Follow-up: You will maintain proactive communication with internal teams to monitor progress, ensure all deadlines are met, and guarantee consistent compliance across the organization.

Skills

- Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly with RBI and IRDAI.

- Knowledge of the Inter-Regulatory Forum (IRF) is highly preferred.

- Data Analysis: Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to handle data collection, consolidation, and review with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

- Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to

effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external regulatory bodies.

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to monitor progress and meet strict regulatory deadlines.

Experience & Education

- Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a compliance-related role, with a preference for candidates from the banking or insurance sectors.

- Education: A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field is required
