Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit HR professional to manage all HR functions at our manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. This role will be the primary HR point of contact for all plant employees, working closely with the plant leadership team to implement HR strategies that support business objectives. The Unit HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, leading to increased employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and maintaining a safe and ethical workplace.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting continuous improvement and professional development.
- Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of employee information for reporting and analysis.
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Oversee HR compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of HR within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong skills in payroll administration and benefits management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Plant HR, HR Jobs in Mfg, Industrial Relations, Mfg Operations, Payroll, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, HR Compliance, Training and Development, HRIS.
