
Role Overview:
Our client is a fast growing pharmaceutical organization with a strong presence in regulated manufacturing and science-led operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end HR charter for the manufacturing unit, covering the complete employee lifecycle and partnering with plant and business leadership.
- Lead Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, including workforce relations, labour matters, grievance management and employee engagement.
- Drive the broader HR agenda across talent management, performance management, engagement, capability building and organizational development.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and people initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
- Ensure effective HR operations, governance, compliance, policies and processes across the unit.
- Manage and strengthen the overall people culture and employee experience within the manufacturing environment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on people strategy, workforce requirements and organizational priorities.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15 - 20 years of overall HR experience with strong Unit HR - Plant HR exposure.
- Tier 1 MBA - PGDM in HR is mandatory.
- Experience in pharma, biotech or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong combination of Industrial Relations + end-to-end HR experience.
- Exposure to labour laws, employee relations, talent, performance, engagement, capability development and HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with senior plant - business leadership.
