
Job Description:
- One of the biggest names in the Engineering, Mining and Construction industry, wishes to hire the HR Head for its mining operations in East India in Odisha .
- It is perhaps one of the most admired EPC companies worldwide.
- The incumbent would be responsible for building an exemplary work environment and robust HR processes which would facilitate the organisation's growth strategy and people development.
- He/she will Head HR , IR, CSR for the integrated unit and the township. Lead a large HR & ADMIN team.
- Responsible for all site HR operations.
- Would lead employee life-cycle processes such as organization design & planning, change management, talent acquisition, talent planning, comp & ben, training and development, employee Relations, engagement, compliance, local operations, etc.
- Shall provide strategic support to the business AND develop HR initiatives to support site objectives.
- Shall ensure harmonious industrial relations.
- Statutory Compliances & Contract Labour Management
- Managing the Contract Labour and Contractors under various applicable acts and rules
- Govt Liasioning, Displaced & Local issue, School Management, Local Administration
- Work closely with the local authorities in building up facilities for training etc.
Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience, heading HR for mid to large size integrated units or handling Corporate HR roles managing manufacturing operations.
- Must have spearheaded change management initiatives
- Must have exposure to deployment of annual processes in an organization of repute (Chemicals, Metals, Cement, Mining)
- Must have strong IR experience , dealing with multiple unions.
- Strong people management and development skills.
