Role Summary:

The role holder will be responsible for maximizing the Productivity, Delivery, Revenue & safety for Latex business by owning up complete Unit operations. He/she would be responsible to devise a comprehensive operations strategy for the Latex business in a highly competitive environment, Influencer behaviour for productivity & delivery to achieve profitability.

The incumbent must demonstrate at work, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to drive Cross-functional teams and influence critical stakeholders on key pillars of the strategy for Business.

The Unit Head must evaluate multiple new opportunities of growth and guide cross functional teams for growth and set priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for entire factory operations and statutory compliance in Latex plant.

- Ensure product delivery as per plan meeting quality and EHS requirements.

- Own factory overhead targets

- Identify activities / new opportunities to reduce cost of manufacturing, enhance quality and EHS performance.

- Develop strategy for the identified growth opportunities to meet profitability goals.

- Training & Development of functional teams for enhanced performance.

- Effectively managing of eco system at the unit for good industrial relations
