Looking for a Unit Head Operations -P&L role for one of our clients in Healthcare Sector

Job Location : Pune

- Expanding business in the assigned territories and consistently improving profitability of the company; identifying new streams for long-term revenue growth

- Leading end-to-end P&L & revenue accountability as a Profit Centre Head of the hospital.

- Establishing alliances/ tie-ups with key players, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach

- Formulating business goals, short-term & long-term budgets and developing business plans for its accomplishment

- Spearheading clinical, medical and general operations of multi-specialty hospital with a team of employees including In charges, HODs, Managers, Asst. Managers & Supervisors

- Formulating long-term/ short-term strategic plans & SOPs to enhance operations; spearheading cost-saving initiatives in various processes

- Devising and implementing strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resources

- Facilitating planning and execution of annual business plan for hospital units; developing a quality management system

- Managing the operations including budgeting, personnel, technology and spearheading teams for excelling business targets & service delivery metrics

- Fostering relationships with Clinical Team to promote the achievement of desired business objectives while managing & developing talent, monitoring quality & accreditation, controlling costs and driving profitability

- Ensuring organizational efficiency through proper implementation of policies towards promoting & protecting health, safety and environment effectively

- Providing infrastructural support to a vast variety of visiting consultants locally and from overseas to the entire satisfaction of the patients and experts

- Organizing the hospital in a scientific manner to facilitate the performance of various medical functions

- Delivering leadership, direction, strategy and vision for facilitating growth & business agility - Implementing policies that promote & protect health, safety, security, and the quality of work-life, the environment and organizational effectiveness

- Coordinating in the functioning of the medical staff and assisting them in the implementation and enforcement of the hospital bylaws and hospital policies.
