We have an opportunity for Head HR role for one of our client in Healthcare space.

- 12+ years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in healthcare industry.

- Position to be based at Hyderabad location.

- Mandatory Hospital experience required.

Operational Excellence :

- Deliver payroll accuracy, compliance, and back-office productivity

Recruitments :

- Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational growth and diversity goals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, identify talent gaps, and create actionable recruitment plans.

- Develop and promote a compelling employer brand to attract high-quality candidates through various channels including social media, job portals, and campus engagement.

Drive employee well-being and mental health programs :

- Complete appraisals, employee connect programs, and recognition cycles on schedule.

Ensure timely completion of appraisals, employee engagement programs, and recognition cycles :

- Use HR analytics for predictive insights on retention, productivity, and attrition.

- Leverage HR analytics to generate predictive insights on employee retention, productivity, and attrition

- Ensure overall retention rates remain aligned with business targets. Maintain overall retention rates in alignment with business targets.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Establish and enforce fair and transparent grievance procedures :

- Develop, manage, and utilize the HR budget to align with organizational goals and financial mandates.

- Ensure all HR-related NABH standards and guidelines are implemented and adhered to across the organization.

- Aligning HR strategy with overall business growth and sustainability
