Responsibilities:
- Map your set of customers from a technical point of view.
- Interact with customers to gather detailed requirements, and understand their infrastructure, and identify opportunities for cybersecurity & networking solutions.
- Work in sync with Sales-team & help them to prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining the recommended hardware / software configurations, including technical specifications and BOM validation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our hardware product portfolio, staying updated on new releases, features and industry trends.
Upgrade newer technologies and certifications of OEMs we are aligned with and propose to align with in Cybersecurity and Networking.
- Need to do OEM certifications as per organization requirement.
- Conducts POC & demo & showcase the capabilities of our solutions and address any technical concerns for customer to enable sales.
- Drive a Topline target for the proposed business vertical for cybersecurity and networking.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on hardware selection, Software, cybersecurity deployment strategies, and best practices.
Required Qualification:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Any specification in education, Strong understanding of hardware technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure with Operating systems & virtualization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise hardware solutions from leading vendors such as Aruba, Cisco, F5, Trendmicro, Checkpoint, Crowdstrike, Radware, Cyble, Cymulate, Fortinet, Forcepoint etc.
- Certifications in relevant cybersecurity technologies
- Familiarity with ZTNA and future technologies and cloud platforms
