This is a 0-1 build, alongside founders whove scaled companies before raised capital, built national brands, and shipped products used by millions.

Were looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence someone who thinks like a founder, operates like a builder, and isnt afraid of ambiguity.

What Youll Do:

Every quarter, youll own projects that materially move the company forward.

That could mean:

- Deep diving into customer insights and decoding what they really want

- Translating insights into product strategy

- Working hands-on with fashion, tech, branding, and marketing teams to bring products to life

- Designing experiments across positioning, pricing, and go-to-market

- Structuring early growth levers and helping us scale what works

- Breaking messy ideas into executable plans

This is not observation.

You will build, test, ship, and refine.

Who This Role Is For:

- You prefer building from zero over managing stability

- You think in frameworks but execute with urgency

- Youre comfortable switching between strategy decks and ground execution

- You default to ownership

- You enjoy connecting dots across product, brand, and growth

Background Were Looking For:

- MBA preferred (Tier 1 strongly valued)

- 2-5 years of experience in startups / consulting / product / growth

- Marketing experience is a strong plus

- Strong structured thinking + comfort with data

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
