Job Purpose:
- This role is accountable for driving the growth of FOREX business at the assigned location through effective planning, lead generation, and execution of strategic business development activities.
- The position will work closely under the guidance of the Branch Head and is expected to maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Promote and sell foreign exchange products and services to individual and corporate clients.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide excellent client servicing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, currency movements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of transactions and documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Branch Head on sales performance, lead status, and business updates.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and regulatory norms as per company policy.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development - preferably in the FOREX or financial services sector.
- Minimum qualification is a Master's Degree in any field
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange products, rates, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines.
- Interest and aptitude for sales, marketing, and client handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and handle target-driven responsibilities.
