Job Description: Branch Head

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Ahmedabad

Function: Sales | Business Development | Branch Operations

Role Overview:

- Lead and grow the assigned branch by driving business development, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.

- Own branch-level strategy execution, team performance, and market expansion initiatives.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure sustainable business growth in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

- Drive new business acquisition and lead generation through innovative sales strategies.

- Assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.

- Build, manage, and retain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve branch revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

- Develop and execute branch sales and marketing plans.

- Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions as required.

- Ensure effective coordination between sales, operations, and support teams.

- Represent the branch in key client meetings and business negotiations.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare and review branch-level MIS and performance reports.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Strong experience in sales and business development within financial services.

- Proven capability in handling branch or regional sales responsibilities.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

- Basic technical understanding of Forex products preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and analysis.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- High ownership mindset with a result-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors or Masters degree
