Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Regional Manager who will be responsible for generating business in a designated territory by directly interacting with A+ clients, architects, and project decisionmakers.
- This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, relationship-building, and deep understanding of the architectural sales cycle.
- You will be trained under the supervision of National LEAD Lighting Consultant who has 15 years of Experience in Lighting Design field and well supported by a team of MBA Marketing Executives who assist in data research, appointment setting, and backend coordination - allowing you to focus on strategic client engagement and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by engaging with top-tier architects, interior designers, and direct clients.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with high-potential accounts in the region.
- Represent Unilights in high-level meetings, client presentations, and design consultations.
- Identify and convert project opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
- Work closely with the lighting consultants and design team to deliver tailored lighting proposals.
- Coordinate with the quotation and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Lead the regional sales performance and contribute to national revenue targets.
- Guide and supervise MBA Marketing Executives who support lead generation and backend functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred); MBA is a plus.
- Experience in high-value B2B or project sales (preferably in lighting, design, or architecture).
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Exposure to working with architects, consultants, or luxury design clients is an advantage.
