We are currently looking at hiring professionals for the “Enterprise Solutions” team.  Considering the scale and complexity of Unilever the business process and module coverage for our SAP solutions is comprehensive:  Business Processes Covered: Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Make to Deliver, Order to Cash, Plan to Forecast, Research and Development and CRM and Mobility  SAP Modules Covered:   - SAP ECC - SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, FI,CO   - SAP APO, SAP SNC, SAP PLM, SAP EWM, SAP GRC, SAP CRM, SAP SRM, SAP CLM, SAP Enterprise Business Integration etc  - Oracle Transportation Management  Roles@ Enterprise Solutions:  Enterprise Solution is a Global Virtual team with its largest hub in Whitefield Bangalore. Other satellite hubs are in - Istanbul Turkey, Sao Paulo Brazil, Hamburg Germany, Barcelona Spain and Liverpool UK. We are looking at hiring entry and mid level managers to be based out of Bangalore but part of the Global team. Enterprise Solutions works with a mix of internal and partner resources.   - The overall accountability for delivery of Innovation or support resides with the internal Enterprise Solution resources while the partners are leveraged for their expertise in doing the actual Application Development and Support work.   The roles in Enterprise Solutions would be in one of the following broad categories:  - Global Innovation: Own and deliver Global Projects in particular process areas. For example a manager working in Global Innovation - order to cash, would be responsible for all SAP Projects being delivered in the Order to Cash space globally. This would include having a working knowledge of the Order to Cash business process, how the same can be modeled in the respective SAP modules, ensuring that the Global design meets business needs and delivering Business Transformation projects with the help of partners.  - Operations and Support: This team would be responsible for managing the Business as usual across our ERP estate. All support calls and bug fixes are supported by this team. Roles in this team would require management of partners who support the ERP’s as per prescribed SLA’s, ensuring that the cost of support is as per SAP benchmarks and the SAP uptime for business is ensured.  - Landscape Management: This team is responsible for the 4 strategic and Global landscapes. A manager in this team would manage - the overall landscape design, system uptime, performance of the landscapes, regular upgrades and hygiene, Change and release management. This team is would also be responsible for managing regional enhancements coming into the respective landscapes  - Shared Services: We have created a shared service setup within Enterprise Solutions. Some of the key roles in Shared Services would be around - Delivery Management, Application Lifecycle Management with Solution Manager, Software Asset Management, Supplier Management, Global Release Management, Landscape Shared Services etc  Requirements for the Role:  The roles in Enterprise Solutions would have the following broad requirements:  - Preferably MBA from a Premier institute  - Engineering from a Premier Institute  - Prior work experience in SAP/OTM in end user or consulting organization  - The work experience can range from 2- 15 years  - Global experience - working cross country and cross cultures would be an added advantage  - Ability to manage large multi country projects/application supports with large outsourced teams  - Passion for delivering technology for business benefits
