Job Title: Process & Technology manager-Management accounting  Responsibilities:  The role is the lead for specific process areas under Unilever Management Accounting & Reporting (such as Global COPA design, Month end close activities, Reporting of management information etc). The key role accountabilities would be (for the specific process area)  - Ownership of the Global Process model of that area, including finalizing the process, documentation, training and providing support to the business  - Ensure the Unilever Management a/c requirements are being implemented in the most efficient manner  - Ensure Controls framework is being adhered to in the specific subject area  - Frame out action plans & implement corrective action where there is a gap between the actual process and the Process model  - Project manage improvement initiatives and ensure high quality implementation by liaosning with t he various global and country teams  - Be the lead for the Key User network in the subject area and ensure a community of expertise is developed within Unilever  - Own and monitor KPIs in the subject area and ensure actions are in place to meet the standards as required by the KPIs  Specifications:  - The role requires good subject matter understanding on COPA module of SAP and its linkages to other upstream and downstream modules in SAP as well as to Management information reporting systems (like Connect or BW)  - Professional qualification in Finance with focus on Management accounting and reporting Concepts  - Training and SAP certification in COPA modules would be highly preferred  - The person would ideally have worked in management accounting & reporting function in a controller position and having an experience of month end closing, submitting and analyzing management accounting information  - Prior Project management experience in SAP COPA implementation / Management reporting implementation in large global organizations is highly desirable.   - Additional exposure to reporting solutions like BW or Connect would be a plus  - Candidates with good academical background are preferred
