Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic, experienced, and creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across a fast-growing EdTech portfolio. Youll be at the intersection of brand storytelling, growth marketing, and AI-powered innovation driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across our K12 and upskilling verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing Function: Strategize, plan, and execute full-funnel campaigns across offline and digital platforms.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing marketing team; drive accountability, creative excellence, and performance metrics.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, marketing automation, analytics platforms) to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
- Brand & Product Marketing: Define positioning and messaging for new and existing products. Develop creative assets, pitch decks, and storytelling formats tailored for diverse stakeholders.
- 360 Campaign Ownership: Manage content, social media, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and event promotions.
- Sales & GTM Alignment: Collaborate with sales, curriculum, and partnerships teams to drive pipeline quality, nurture leads, and convert interest into impact.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track KPIs, ROI, and CAC across channels; own dashboards and monthly reporting cycles.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of EdTech, GenAI, and K12 marketing trends to proactively refine strategy and messaging.
Who You Are
- A senior marketer with 12 to 13 years of experience, preferably in EdTech, digital learning, or youth-first brands.
- Strong storytelling and brand positioning skills; instinctively understands what clicks with students, educators, and parents.
- Proficient with marketing and analytics tools: Google Ads, Meta Suite, GA4, MoEngage/Zoho, Hubspot, etc.
- Familiar with AI tools for copywriting, image generation, customer segmentation, and campaign testing.
- Strong visual eye can collaborate with designers and critique creative across print, video, and digital.
- A team player with leadership experience, business acumen, and an experimental mindset.
Good to Have:
- Experience marketing AI/technology-based educational products.
- Past experience working with global partners or certification providers (e.g., Harvard, Cambridge, NSDC).
