Unified Vision Capital - Strategy Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver high-impact strategic programs and transformation initiatives

- Drive business growth, operational excellence, and process optimization

- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, performance tracking, and market expansion initiatives

- Develop executive presentations, business cases, and board-level updates

- Manage stakeholder engagement across business, operations, finance, and external partners

- Support innovation initiatives including digital transformation, automation, and AI integration

- Conduct financial and business performance analysis, including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, unit economics, and key operating metrics, to support strategic decision-making and value creation initiatives.

Requirement:

- 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or Financial Services

- Preferred understanding of Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services

- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- MBA or equivalent preferred
