Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly structured and detail-oriented Senior Manager HR to lead HR Operations and Talent Acquisition for the organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of governance-driven HR processes, stakeholder management at senior levels, and hiring for niche financial and investment roles. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, confidentiality, and scalability of HR practices in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Governance:
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmations, role changes, exits)
- Manage and optimize HRIS platforms (Keka, greytHR or equivalent) ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs coordination with high precision
- Maintain documentation governance, contracts, and compliance records
- Ensure audit readiness and adherence to statutory and internal compliance frameworks
- Build and streamline SOPs, policies, and process frameworks aligned with a financial services environment
- Handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion
2. Talent Acquisition (Investment Banking & Corporate Hiring):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across business and support functions
- Partner closely with leadership for workforce planning and strategic hiring
- Drive hiring for investment banking roles, analysts, associates, and leadership positions
- Manage search firms, recruitment vendors, and sourcing channels
- Ensure a premium candidate experience aligned with employer brand positioning
- Track and improve hiring metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and hiring efficiency
3. HR Analytics & MIS:
- Develop and manage HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics
- Track metrics such as attrition, hiring funnel, headcount, and productivity trends
- Provide data-backed insights to leadership for decision-making and workforce planning
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leadership and business teams
- Collaborate across functions including Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Support leadership in organizational structuring and people strategy execution
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance policies
- Support internal/external audits and maintain complete documentation accuracy
- Mitigate HR-related risks through structured processes and controls
Key Requirements:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience across HR Operations and Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth corporate environments preferred
- Strong exposure to HRMS systems (Keka, greytHR, or similar)
