Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute UVC's Investor Relations strategy, strengthening investor confidence, market positioning, and valuation outcomes.
- Serve as the primary advisor to the CEO, Partners, and Board on investor sentiment, market dynamics, shareholder expectations, and capital markets strategy.
- Lead relationships with institutional investors, analysts, rating agencies, sovereign funds, family offices, and strategic capital partners to expand investor coverage and engagement globally.
- Drive all investor communications, including earnings releases, investor presentations, disclosures, Board reporting, roadshows, Investor Days, and capital markets events, ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Leadership teams to support equity, debt, structured financing, and strategic transactions, while effectively communicating business performance, growth strategy, and value creation plans.
- Provide market intelligence, valuation insights, competitive benchmarking, and investor feedback to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Own the IR function's budget and performance metrics, ensuring effective deployment of resources, measurable ROI on investor engagement initiatives, and contribution to enterprise value creation and long-term profitability.
- Enhance UVC's reputation and visibility within the global investment community through thought leadership, strategic positioning, and best-in-class stakeholder engagement.
Experience & Qualifications :
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or Capital Markets, preferably within financial services, investment management, or investment banking.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in identifying, onboarding, and strategically engaging institutional investors, analysts, rating agencies, and senior capital market stakeholders, underpinned by an excellent and expansive network across the broader financial and investment ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in valuation, financial analysis, capital structure management, fundraising, and capital markets transactions.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate compelling investment narratives, translating complex financial and strategic information into clear, impactful messaging.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, regulatory disclosures, corporate governance, and investor communication best practices.
- Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across investors, Boards, and leadership teams.
