Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Capital Sourcing

- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Fund, targeting domestic and global investors (HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, institutions, and sovereign funds).

- Build and manage relationships with existing and potential Limited Partners (LPs).

- Lead roadshows, investor meetings, and presentations across geographies.

- Negotiate fund terms in alignment with SEBI AIF regulations and market best practices.

Investor Relations & Reporting

- Ensure timely communication and reporting to investors, including quarterly updates, performance reports, and annual reviews.

- Manage investor due diligence and respond to queries with accuracy and transparency.

Strategic Partnerships

- Collaborate with placement agents, wealth managers, investment bankers, and other channels to widen the investor base.

- Identify co-investment opportunities and strategic capital
