About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital performance and growth marketing strategy.

This role is crucial for driving high-quality lead generation, optimizing the conversion funnel, and maximizing ROI on all paid and organic digital channels.

The candidate will lead a team of specialists and work closely with Sales and Product to hit ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy:

- Develop, execute, and manage high-performance paid acquisition campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) with a clear focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

- Oversee the entire digital marketing mix, including SEO, SEM, Display, and Social Media Marketing.

Funnel Optimization & Analytics:

- Own the marketing funnel from impression to conversion, constantly running A/B tests and experimentation (CRO).

- Deep dive into data using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel/Amplitude, and CRM to identify friction points and unlock new growth opportunities.

MarTech & Automation:

- Manage and optimize the Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot) and ensure seamless CRM integration for effective lead scoring and nurturing campaigns.

- Drive adoption of marketing technology to enhance personalization and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner directly with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and sales alignment (Sales-Marketing SLA).

- Collaborate with the Product team on GTM strategy, messaging, and product-led growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA in Marketing (from a premier institute preferred) is a significant advantage.

Experience: 6-10 years of progressive experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale digital budgets and hitting lead/revenue targets.

- Experience in a fast-paced tech/SaaS environment is a plus.

Skills:

- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn advertising.

- Strong command over web analytics tools (GA4) and data visualization.

- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset
