Unifi Mutual Fund - Deputy Manager - Marketing

Overview:

Responsible for driving the marketing and brand initiatives of Unifi Mutual Fund, with a focus on brand building, investor communication, digital presence, campaigns and marketing operations. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for Unifi Mutual Fund.

- Plan and manage digital marketing and social media initiatives in coordination with external agencies.

- Develop content and communication strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.

- Work closely with the Investment, Investor Relations, Sales and Compliance teams to develop investor and distributor communication.

- Lead product marketing and campaign initiatives for mutual fund schemes, NFOs and other key business initiatives.

- Manage the development of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, emailers, videos and other communication assets through creative agencies.

- Oversee the website, coordinating with the website development agency for content updates, enhancements, SEO and overall website requirements.

- Plan and coordinate investor meets, distributor events and other marketing events.

- Manage relationships with creative, digital, website, PR, event and other marketing partners, including briefs, timelines, deliverables and budgets.

- Ensure all marketing communication is aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory/compliance requirements.

- Track marketing activities and analyze campaign and digital performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Manage the marketing calendar, budgets and overall execution of marketing initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in mutual funds, asset management, financial services, fintech or related industries.

- Experience in managing external agencies and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

- Immediate joiners.

- NISM VA Certification (Mandatory).
