Role Overview - The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting, statutory compliance, reporting, controls, and coordination with auditors and stakeholders. The role will ensure accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely financial reporting to support management decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations,

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records in line with company policies

- Prepare and review: Monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements , Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements

- Support management with financial insights for decision-making

- Ensure Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

- Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capital requirements

- Assist leadership in financial planning and cost optimization initiatives

- Manage Internal Audits, statutory Audits and RBI inspections

- Prepare daily MIS for NBFC entity and submit monthly AUM reports

- Compliances, including NBFC/RBI compliances

- Finance and Accounting including fair valuation of investments

- Managing Board deliverables and other monthly MIS

- Manage board meeting deliverables including Board presentations etc

- Demat account and Bank Account Reconciliation

- Prepare and file RBI returns (DNBS-4B, DNBS-02, DNBS-4A)

- Coordinate with consultants for ROC filings, including annual and event-based compliance

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CS

- 6-10+ years of relevant experience (for Senior Finance Manager)

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

- Experience in financial services / asset management / investment firms is an added advantage
