Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated company secretary with exposure to legal and compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, act as an internal legal touchpoint, and help strengthen our governance practice. The ideal candidate should be a senior person who will confidently face the regulators during periodical inspections and be willing to take up additional responsibilities as the role evolves. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and ensure end-to-end compliance with SEBI PMS/AIF/Broking regulations and circulars. - Monitor and report on changes in SEBI/RBI/IFSCA regulations and advise on the impact of these changes. - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating business agreements. - Provide legal and regulatory support to internal stakeholders on legal and SEBI compliances. - Manage all aspects of Board, Committee, Shareholders meetings of the Group including issue of Notices, preparation of Agenda and Minutes and take necessary follow up actions. - Maintain and update corporate records and filings as required. Educational Qualifications and Requirements: - A qualified Company Secretary (CS) holding valid membership of ICSI, with experience in a similar role.
