Role Overview :

- We are looking for a Product Manager to own one of Unicommerce's core commerce products.

- You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive end-to-end execution.

- This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct customer discovery through interviews, product usage analysis, and market research.

- Translate business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.

- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and product launches.

- Define success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

- Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings across commerce, OMS, WMS, logistics, and SaaS platforms.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, CommerceTech, LogisticsTech, Supply Chain, or Marketplace platforms.

- Experience building products related to OMS, WMS, Marketplace Integrations, Fulfilment, or Logistics is highly preferred.

- Strong experience writing PRDs, managing product backlogs, and delivering products using Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical skills with experience using SQL and product analytics tools.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to make data-driven product decisions and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or Metabase.

- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and platform architecture.

- Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features.

- Experience working in high-growth product companies or SaaS organizations.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- MBA is a plus
