Company : Unicommerce Note: This is a 1-year contract to hire role Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. - As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for entry-level IT positions within our organization. - You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate to develop effective recruiting strategies. - Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish. - Additionally, you will have the opportunity to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our recruitment efforts are successful. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. - Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Manage the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. - Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. - Bachelor's/Master's Degree degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of IT terminology and technical skills is a plus.
