About the role
We're looking for a People Partner with 3-5 years of hands-on experience who can independently drive people initiatives, partner with business leaders, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-growing organisation.
What you'll own
- Partner with teams to understand priorities and deliver people solutions.
- Drive performance cycles: goal-setting, reviews.
- Run engagement and development programs with measurable outcomes.
- Build dashboards, analyse trends, and present insights to leadership.
- Streamline processes and use AI tools to automate routine work.
- Support managers with feedback, career conversations, and team development.
What you bring
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Tier-1 preferred) with 3+ yrs of experience.
- Clear communication and strong writing skills.
- Comfort with data, decks, and dashboards.
- High ownership, structured thinking and curiosity about HR tech & AI.
