Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of our core commerce products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to understand customer problems, define requirements, and deliver high-impact product features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Gather customer feedback through user interviews, support insights, and data analysis.
- Create PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications for new features.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with senior product leaders.
- Coordinate with Engineering and QA teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
- Support sprint planning, release management, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 23 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, CommerceTech, LogisticsTech, or related domains.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience writing PRDs and user stories.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SQL or product analytics is preferred.
