Performance Marketing Manager / Shopper Marketing - Bangalore


About the Role:


We're looking for a smart, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth across quick commerce platforms. From Blinkit banners to SEO rankings - you'll be driving full-funnel visibility and conversion for one of India's most loved biscuit brands.

Key Responsibilities:


Quick Commerce & Paid Media:

- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, etc.


- Collaborate with platform category teams for visibility tie-ups, keyword bidding, banners, and sampling initiatives.

- Track key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates; drive actionable optimization.

Working knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization):


- Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO across brand pages and D2C site.


- Improve discoverability for both branded and generic queries on web and q-commerce search bars.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Build performance dashboards using GA, Meta Ads, Excel, and platform insights.


- Present weekly/monthly campaign results, learnings, and next steps to the marketing team.

What We're Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or snacking categories.

- Prior hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms and campaign tools mandatory. Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and paid media strategies.

- Highly analytical with the ability to track and improve performance across multiple platforms. Creative thinker with strong project ownership and execution capabilities.

- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of q-commerce dashboards, ad placements, and campaign mechanics.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable working with performance metrics, dashboards, and deriving insights from data.

- Strong Commercial Acumen: Understanding of trade margins, promo spends, and ROI-led decision-making.

- Creative + Analytical Thinking: Balance creative campaign ideas with performance tracking and iteration.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across category, sales, creative, and supply chain for aligned execution.

- Digital Merchandising Know-how: Sharp eye for how products appear, from thumbnails to product descriptions.

- Customer-First Approach: Intuitive understanding of urban snacking behavior and impulse-buying triggers.
